What is your shipping policy?
Orders are sent within 24 hours due to small-scale production. You can expect the order to arrive in 3-5 working days. Due to the natural, perishable nature of our shea butter blend and small-scale production, we cannot accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. We're researching further international shipping options.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days due to small-scale production. With PostNL the estimated shipping time is 3-5 days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and of fair value.
The ingredients are harvested and pressed/prepared in Ghana and other African countries. From there, they are handcrafted in the Netherlands by our formula. Check our production page for more information.
How do you ensure product quality?
We source organic raw oils from Ghana and other African countries, hand-harvested through meticulous manual labor.
Our small-scale production in the Netherlands follows a precise formula, with careful quality checks at every step to ensure a premium shea butter blend.
How do I store natural butters?
We recommend to store in a cool, dark place. Its also possible to refrigerate the butters, which can help the butters last longer. When its its above 20°C its recommended to store cool.
Can I use Nku products on my body and face?
Yes; each blend, like Nku HYDRA+++ or Nku FIRM+++, is formulated for face and body, with targeted benefits.
Can I use these butters on my hair?
Yes; Nku HYDRA+++ (shea, sweet almond) deeply moisturizes dry hair; Nku PURIFY+++ (jojoba, black seed) balances scalp oil; Nku RESTORE+++ (argan, rosehip) strengthens and repairs; Nku CALM+++ (apricot kernel) soothes itchy scalps. Apply sparingly, focus on ends. If used on scalp, make sure to wash it out within 4-6 hours.
